Serving as the principal liaison for local craftsmen and regulatory authorities, facilitating licenses and permits.

Selecting and procuring a blend of new, antique, and refurbished hardscape and landscape materials.

Conducting field reviews to adjust designs to 'as-built' site conditions and ensuring construction progress.

Organizing timely walkthroughs, reviewing and processing project invoices, and guaranteeing the timely turnover of projects to clients.
THE STORY
A native Atlantan, Michael's grandfather was a prominent Buckhead builder for over 40 years. His uncle Stan of Sparrow Construction and brother Mark of All Phase Home Services
also carry on a Family tradition of delivering quality service to discriminating clients.
Since 2001, He's built relationships with artisan masons, the finest trim carpenters, wrought iron specialists, Grading and Color concrete experts delivering projects on- time with unparalleled workmanship, providing ‘the complete package’.
