The latest collaboration with Land Plus, is very grand indeed! The Front of the Estate is quite regal, highlighted by a high roof peak and a gorgeous Limestone & Brick facade. The focal point is a Limestone arched entry, Limestone steps & columns accented with flowering pots; the lush green turf complimented by a Bluestone walkway, Granite Bollards & Curbing, an immense Pea Gravel aggregate driveway And Inner & Outer motor courts with Portico;
Left rear access has Gas lamps, Brick privacy walls surrounding Inner motor court, a Wrought Iron gate & fencing atop Brick knee walls and Brick Columns, pathway of 24" Limestone Steppingstones leading to a Limestone Shed (Pool house), around to the Back main level- the Infinity Edge Pool with Spa and Limestone Terrace, Limestone steps leading to the Upper Courtyard;
Larger Limestone Steppingstones take you down to a sprawling turf with immense 4' Limestone retaining walls, columns and wall cap (identical to the main level), pool Basin and a private seating area with Fire pit;
Right rear lower Outdoor room has a Fountain, sculpture and small courtyard opening to lower floor; Main level Access is via a Brick staircase, Iron Gate and Steppingstones with 4' Limestone retaining walls, columns and wall cap on right side of pool terrace;
Upper Courtyard has Iron hand railings, sitting area, artificial turf throughout, Limestone Steppingstones forming a square courtyard with Diamond shrub pattern;
Upper Courtyard Limestone Stairs access point 1- leads up to the Living room; Access point 2 Limestone steps open up to a Brick & limestone Outdoor living area including regal Fireplace, Outdoor kitchen with Refrigerator, Freezer, Sink, Grill, Green Egg and Bar

Driveway, Walkway, Spa, Waterfall and Pool project in Dunwoody

This was another fantastic project with Land Plus creating many different elements. It's always a challenge to coordinate so many spaces and this was no exception. Having great people to work with (that do amazing work) makes it a pleasure to work diligently for months on end.
We literally worked on all sides of the home. There were so many different mini- projects happening simultaneously, it felt like multiple projects! There was also a Rainaway covered porch, Ipe (Brazilian Cherry) Porch above, an Outdoor Fireplace and gorgeous stone veneered walls all around the backyard and more!
Working with Land Plus and these gracious homeowners made it truly gratifying .

Mediterranean Bliss & Pool Oasis in Buckhead

Each project is unique, beautifully-designed and equally functional transforming an ordinary space into an extraordinary ‘Dreamscape’.
Another collaboration with Land Plus, my absolute favorite! This Mediterranean Estate encompasses no less than 5 acres. The Front includes a 10,000 sqft Beige Pea Gravel Aggregate driveway, large Motor court and intricate design. Additional highlights include Limestone front entry steps and columns around the motor court. Each side has painted Cypress access gates, one of a kind Burlstone slab stepping stones and 6' privacy stucco walls and Columns.
The Back is extravagant, framed by a magnificent pool terrace constructed from the rare 'Burlstone', set in an elegant Diamond pattern. Feel the serenity of the invigorating spa or relax on the spa coping while the gentle cascade of the water falls wash away every care.
Other elements to enliven the senses include the timeless beauty of the Limestone pool coping and intricate columns. The 2nd focal point is a Grand fireplace cladded in Fieldstone and Limestone and several raised planting beds.
As you exit the kitchen, you notice splashes of color from multiple Planted pots as the pool and spa transport you to an idyllic oasis. The carved niche in this massive hillside hides a very special treasure.

Weekend Retreat in Sandy Springs

Each project is unique, beautifully-designed and equally functional transforming an ordinary space into an extraordinary ‘Dreamscape’.
The 1st of 2 major projects was building an elevated addition reminiscent of New Orleans 'French Quarter' style. The focal point is a gorgeous Hammered Copper & Bluestone fireplace. Its framed with Wrought Iron railings, Stone columns, gas lamps, a classic Diamond pattern Bluestone terrace, finished with outdoor furniture and flowering pots.
Years later, Mr Green contacted us to embark on a new journey. It involved removing an old Gazebo, Staircase, Walkway and the entire Pool terrace. The new Gazebo showcased the same French Quarter style with its gas lamps, chandelier, stylish outdoor furniture and high stone columns. Altogether, the Gazebo, Staircase, Pool, Spa, lush landscaping and several creeks invoke the serenity and Lux of a 5 Star Resort.... And what a romantic dinner!

Italian Villa Stucco & Limestone in Buckhead

It was a real privilege to work on this one of a kind Estate home with Land Plus Associates. There was quite the challenge working with the exterior facade of this amazing historic Italian villa regarding the aged stucco and installing custom fabricated Limestone panels! It was exciting that there were so many outdoor rooms being renovated And new structures created, making the grounds even Grander! You know it's a special place when you feel like you're in a secluded forest, but you're in the heart of Buckhead!

Lux Outdoor Living in Eagle Point, Woodstock

A suburban project in Eagle Point, Woodstock; we constructed a 10' to grade Modular retaining wall with Fieldstone seating walls, Privacy fence with custom circular Arbor, Fieldstone slab steps, Fireplace, Pergola, Fountain, Stained terrace, Outdoor kitchen, Grill & Bar, Outdoor furniture, multitude of flowering pots and Spiral staircase... From the front, you pass through the gate, down the slab steps, onto the stained terrace surrounded by all the amenities.. quite the retreat!

Chipping and Putting

This project was my biggest undertaking... 9 months exactly. It seemed almost otherworldly with so many unforeseen obstacles. Though in hindsight, it was truly a fantastic challenge and an equally rewarding experience 'nothing ventured, nothing gained'.
Many photos have been lost, making it impossible to capture the grandeur of this project! There were numerous elements including 2- custom made Auto Gates, with 'slooped' wood detail mounted to Freestanding Stone walls and horse fencing along the front of the property. The Back showcased a Grand Staircase from the home down to the 'Fairway', 10' Privacy + Retaining walls along Old Powers Ferry & Mt Vernon- nearly 500', 15' Cryptomerias for screening, a Stone Clad Serpentine retaining wall over 500', 10' Modular wall, 800 Tandem loads of dirt as backfill for leveling, Sand traps, Tee Boxes for Chipping & a gorgeous Putting green

Horseshoe Bend

Current project in Horseshoe Bend. The Front has a finely textured 6" Slab staircase, Iron hand railings and Flagstone walkway. Coming soon is a whole new planting plan and Outdoor lighting. In the Back, we're building a Pool, Gazebo, Outdoor kitchen, Grill & Bar, 18' Fireplace, 6" Slab steps, Modular wall, a reworked existing Retaining wall with 4" cap and column bolsters, Shed for pool equipment and Steppingstones. A whole new planting plan, outdoor furniture & lighting throughout!
